Birthday Gifts and the Tradition of Gift-Giving

People exchange gifts during certain occasions and special days. Christmas gifts are usually the reason to get excited during the holidays. To show one’s adoration and liking, people give Valentines presents. Birthday gifts are another reason to look forward as one celebrates another year of life. People especially children look forward each year to celebrate these gift-giving occasions. This is because they get the opportunity to create a wish list. A present is considered such if it is given wholeheartedly and not if it is expensive or large.
